to perform advanced clinical genome interpretation using large-scale datasets and sophisticated tools across a network of participating institutions. The overarching goal of these programs\n                      is to develop a systematic framework for identifying and interpreting genomic alterations from whole genome sequencing (WGS) data to investigate the genetic etiology of disease. By integrating joint genome analysis of probands and\n                      unaffected family members (e.g., trio, quad) with Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO)-based tools featuring AI-driven capabilities, we investigate the genomic landscape and informative de novo and inherited genetic variants.
